Thông Báo Từ Tỉnh Bang New Brunswick Về Thủ Tục Hoàn Ký Quỹ

Tỉnh bang New Brunswick bắt đầu gởi thông báo nhắc nhở liên lạc để làm thủ tục hoàn ký quỹ cho các gia đình định cư kinh doanh.

Tỉnh bang ghi rõ kỳ hạn 2 năm tính từ ngày nhà đầu tư nhập cư Canada. Các anh chị cần nộp đơn trước ngày hết hạn (2 năm tính từ ngày nhập cư). Nếu cần gia hạn, có mẫu đơn gia hạn bên dưới và cần nộp trước 14 ngày trước ngày hết hạn.

Hồ sơ hoàn kỹ quỹ không đủ điều kiện sẽ bị hoàn trả. Hồ sơ nộp sau ngày hết hạn sẽ không được hoàn ký quỹ.

This refers to your 75,000.00 CAD conditionally refundable deposit currently held in trust by the Province of New Brunswick.  As per the Refundable Deposit Agreement that was signed by you as a condition of nomination by the Province of New Brunswick. You have two years from your date of landing in Canada to establish and start operating a business.  In the event that a business is not established or purchased during the Business Establishment Period, or such extension of that period as the Population Growth Division (PGD) may permit in writing, the Population Growth Division shall be entitled to retain the full amount of the Deposit.

If you have established a business, meaning that you have registered a company, started operations, and have made an investment of a minimum of 65,000 CAD you must submit a request for a refund of your deposit by xxx

If you require an extension to your business establishment period, please complete “Request for Extension of Business Establishment Period” found on our website at the following address:

Please have this request sent to our office by mail, no later than xxx.

Before applying for a refund of your Deposit, you should verify that you meet all the criteria of the Agreement.

Failure to provide the information by this date will immediately result in the forfeiture of your 75,000.00 CAD conditionally refundable deposit.
